Penco Railing prides itself on our tight-knit, highly-skilled team. Our owners – Esteban Garcia, Mary Castro, April Garay, and Alex Garay – are supported by a dedicated staff whose positive attitude and commitment to excellence set our business apart. With a focus on family and friendship, we work together to make a meaningful impact on our customers’ lives and properties.
Our journey with Ultralox began at the Houston Builder Expo where we discovered the potential of Ultralox products. We decided to invest in a machine to fabricate these aluminum handrails at a lower cost than traditional iron fabrication. Our goal was to transition from a service company to a retail company, offering top-quality products for new construction projects, pool deck companies, homeowners, wholesalers, and even Amazon shoppers.
